I started working at Tech Speaking as a New Graduate in 2021. Throughout my time at Tech Speaking I have found that I am well supported in my role with weekly mentoring with a senior clinician. I have been provided with many professional development opportunities from large Hanen Programs to small PD's on the SPA website or from speech pathologist who specialise in a range of areas (e.g., adventures in speech pathology).
I find that everyone is very approachable and welcoming. We have regular group meetings and activities which are always fun. Everyone is always willing to listen and help each other. I always appreciate having my birthday off and the extra week of annual leave gives us more personal life balance and helps give me time to rest and regenerate throughout the year!
The way we support each other goes beyond just work stuff. Whether someone's celebrating something big or small, we recognise those moments and cheer each other on.
